2. Research Use Only

All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes and are not for human or veterinary use. The representations you make when ordering are set out in the disclaimer and are a condition of sale.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and qualified to purchase and handle research materials. We may require information about the intended research use before accepting an order, and may decline any order at our discretion.

4. Ordering and pricing

This website does not process payment. Orders are arranged directly with our team following an enquiry submitted through the contact form. Pricing and availability are confirmed at the time of quotation and are not binding until confirmed in writing.

5. Product information

Specifications, analytical results, and certificates of analysis are reproduced from documentation supplied by our manufacturing partners and the laboratories they engage. We take care that this information is reproduced accurately, but we do not manufacture or independently test the material and do not warrant the accuracy of third-party documentation beyond reproducing it faithfully.

6. Shipping and risk

Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier. Delivery timescales are estimates. You are responsible for ensuring that the material you order may lawfully be imported into and possessed in your jurisdiction, and for any duties or charges levied there.

7. Returns

Returns are governed by our returns policy.

8. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt unauthorised access to any system, scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or submit false information through the contact form.

9. Intellectual property

The Secret Juice Box name, logo, mascot, and site content are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secret Juice Box is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product or of this website. Our total liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount paid for that product.
