What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, organisation, topic, subject, message, and any batch reference you provide. We also record the IP address the submission came from and the time it was received.

Our web server keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, and browser user-agent strings.

What we do not collect

This site runs no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts, and no third-party cookies. We do not have a newsletter sign-up, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or share personal information with data brokers.

This site does not process payment and therefore never receives card numbers or banking details.

Why we collect it

Contact form data is used solely to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of what was asked and answered. IP addresses and timestamps are recorded to rate-limit abuse of the form, which is necessary because it is the only inbound channel we operate.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while they are being handled and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle. You can ask us to delete your enquiry and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

Who can see it

Enquiries are readable only by Secret Juice Box staff, through an access-controlled interface. We do not pass enquiry contents to third parties except where required by law.

Your choices

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through the contact form and we will respond.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights over your personal information. We will honour valid requests under applicable law.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is stored on our own server rather than with a third-party form provider. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
